METRAC presents a four-part infographic video series on making gender-marker and name changes for adults in Ontario. This resource provides legal information for trans, Two-Spirit, non-binary, and gender-diverse people in Ontario whose legal documents do not reflect their lived identity. Whether you are considering changing your documents to align with your gender identity and name, or are simply seeking information about the process, this video series will help you understand your options and the steps involved.

Part 1- provides an introduction to gender-marker and name changes.
Part 2 – explains the process for people who were born in Ontario.
Part 3 – provides information for people who were born outside Ontario.
Part 4 – outlines the steps to take after changing your legal name.
